In any circumstances, if you can no longer attend ASSM 2023, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to ASSM2023 Organizer (mail to : register@assm2023-bangkok.com)
The ASSM2023 refund policy is as follows
❊ Up to SEPTEMBER 15th , 2023 : 100% refund
❊ From SEPTEMBER 16th , 2023 : No refunds
Please be informed that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.
